Position: Finnish CRM Agent

Department: Customer Loyalty

Reports to: Head of Customer Loyalty

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, production and performance analysis of email, SMS and Social Media campaigns. 

Contribute with creativity and campaign design ideas to increase customer value and loyalty. 

Create content and preform translations.  

Support in the production of general ad-hoc marketing activities. 

Preparation and administration of meetings. 

Experience and profile:

Professional level of general computer and software knowledge. 

High attention to details and ability to effectively plan work tasks to meet deadlines. 

Professional level of English and Finnish is required. Additional language skills are considered valuable. 

Previous experience in copywriting, email, SMS and Social Media campaign creation and processes. 

Experience from the IGaming industry.
